It's not mandatory to be a member so not all agents are, as the compliance criteria is strict. Members must be qualified and are required to understand and keep upto date with complex legislative changes, members must provide proof of professional indemnity insurance and be part of the Client Money Protection scheme. Let Plus

Let Plus is for those who wish to be partially involved, for instance, arranging for their own property maintenance but would prefer to step back from rent and deposit discussions.

Fully Managed

Fully Managed is for landlords who do not want any direct involvement in servicing the tenancy. Whatever your requirements, we are flexible and willing to discuss how we might tailor our service to meet your needs.
